There are many studies that support understanding of inclusive early education. However, in practice, it is important to recognize that central to inclusive education is a commitment to valuing disabled children and their families. A commitment to disability justice and anti-ableist approaches are necessary. It can be helpful to hear from current resource consultants about what this looks like in the field, as well as struggles that they face.
