CCS Scheduled Maintenance and Outages
Preventative Maintenance includes a variety of activities necessary to keep information and technology services running, such as software patches, fixes and upgrades, hardware upgrade. Additional outages may occur as a result of unforeseen hardware or software issues. In these cases, CCS strives to provide as much notice as possible.
No alternate service will be available if a system or an application is not available due to the scheduled maintenance or outage, unless explicitly indicated in the table below for the particular system/application.

User Impact: MyServiceHub production and all related functions will be down during the outage window. This affects all servers, database and applications connected to Content 7. - Friday, October 23, 6:00 p.m. to Monday, October 26, 1:30 a.m.

User Impact: eHR production and all related functions will be down during the outage window. RPT/SUP will also be down. - Sunday, November 1, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Updating MyServiceHub.
User Impact: MyServiceHub production will not have an outage. There will be a brief outage for non-production environments. - Sunday, November 8, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Updating eHR.
User Impact: eHR production will have a brief outage for web services from 8 am to 9 am. All non-production environments will have a brief outage - Sunday, November 22, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
