Minor in Food, Culture and Society
The Minor in Food, Culture and Society provides students with an interdisciplinary, intersectional approach to exploring Canadian and international food systems, giving them a greater understanding of the social, cultural, historical, and economic processes that shape how we relate to nature and each other in our attempts to feed ourselves.
